finally!!!

my CA just emailed me.

"Production started 4/25!"
"Prod. No.: 393****"

I put a deposit back in October and put my order in, in mid January. I was number 10 on the list but was pushed back b.c I wanted the m-dct. Dealer has told me I am first m-dct they will receive.

Just called the 800# today and I started production!!! BOO YAH!!! Should be completed May 6th!

Got a call from my CA few minutes ago, They got an allocation for me, he said May 19 production, He will call later for the production no., he just went over my order to make sure it's correct.... after reading this post, I guess that means wk 19..

Wasn't expecting this, place my order 1st wk of April, for June production....I hope there will be no delay....

AW, 6MT, cabon roof, ZPP, EDC,Red Novillo, carbon leather, 19 rim, USB, heated seats, PD

Called this morning and they told me I am still set for week 24. The person on the phone told me there have been some delays in the M3 coupes. BMW accepted my order Feb. 21st. and they have no other info on it. My production #396####. I am still debating the issue.

ZKM3 call the 800 number - you may be in production too and have a vin. I was week 19 but they are starting this week, 18.

I just deleted the 128 from the new "My BMW" page.

It is annoying how when I added the M3 to my page it briefly displayed a partial VIN but now I can't find it out. Paranoid = me. When I called the 1800 number they told me I was in production and had a VIN, so win. 5/5 confirmed. Now the second stage of annoying waits begins.

mine is 669...... and being built now! not sure whats up with that - my wifes 535ixT built last fall had a 3xxx..... production number?

392xxxx for me, received the production number when I placed my order on March 2nd. I found out from the 800 number that production will be completed on May 2nd.
