Sirius - Stuck in Acquiring? Reboot?

So I activated an account with Sirius and they told me to go to channel 184 to activate. I go to my car and access Sirius through the iDrive and all it has on the menu is "ALL CHANNELS".

Is there a way to reboot just Sirius? I've done the CIC reboot, but the same screen comes up.

Make sure you're out in the open. Possible they got the ESN # wrong.

Also have them resend the activation signal while your car is in the open and the Sirius is on.

It took a couple of times for my z to get it IIRC.
