Please can everyone post pics or names of shifter knobs that will fit E92 M3

I assume you mean shift KNOBS? Any BMW knob will work. This is the Z8 one I may install:

How will you install as the existing knob is attached to the boot?

Replace the boot with a standard 3-series one.
