My costs were almost identical in BC.
Paid an additional 200 for freight, and 195 for 'documentation'.
In BC, the tree huggers cost me another 20 for tire levy, and 5 for battery levy. I went with a 3 year no deductable full coverage tire/wheel warranty for 899.
