Our 07 Civic LX cost more to insure that both Boxster S and E92. I asked the agent behind the cost difference and he told me that, usually, the driver of those expensive cars are more responsible and careful than those normal auto.

$4 more per month than my 2008 535i. $100 deductible no penalties for speeding tickets (unless wreckless or DUI).

$104 per month, full coverage and includes 2004 Sienna.

It would be cool if people would post specifics like; approximate age, driving history (accidents, tickets), comp/collision deductibles, coverage amounts per incident, insurance company, daily driver, number of miles driven each year, etc... for a comparison to be made.

I have USAA and am 42 years old and have a spotless record and they say I pay their lowest possible price.

I have a:

Toyota Sienna (wife)
Ferrari 328
Ferrari 330 GT
Nissan Sentra SE-R (1991, my beater)

The new M3 is more to insure than ALL those cars COMBINED!!!

I just renewed, so for 6 months, it went up $50. My previous car was an 02 X5 and I'm 25. only 2 tickets in 9 years. $500 deduct. $25,000 comprehensive x 2 (i think?)

Garage List
2008 M3  [0.00]
I have 3 cars. I added the M3 last night. Liberty Mutual didn't have the car in the system yet but classified it as a symbol 24 out of 27.

100/300 bodily injury, 50k property damage, 100/300 uninsured motorist, $1000 deductible, I think I told them about 3000 miles a year and there is a discount for the BMW Assist vehicle tracking. Total tab for the year is $408... Not bad. I get 10% off from working at an affiliate, 33 years old, 1 ticket on my record, no accidents ever, and I live in SoCal.
