who is getting the extended leather in their car.
The more I look at this car, the more I feel the need to get this car.
If I can convince the wife, then perhaps we might actually get this. Now, before i present her the option, i wanted to see the options so i can come u with some pricing schemes etc. One option i want to see is the leather extention. So if u r local, please contact me and I want to take a peak. Raja |

When I went and viewed the car this past weekend one of the things I paid attention to was the extended leather. It gives a much more rich feel (and smell) to the cabin. It looks really nice too. It is soft to the touch, more so than that semi-hard spongy plastic of the rest of the dash. IMHO, I think it really livens up the interior.
I chose to go with extended and I'm glad I did. Now....if my car would just get here. ![]()

Would have gone extended if I weren't getting the fox red interior. IMO it was a little too much red with extended leather...plus with aluminum trim the transition from trim to red leather to black cup holders then back to red leather didn't look good IMO.

I passed on it too. I didn't feel it was worth the extra money, plus with the silver color, I thought it would be harder to keep clean.

after doing a lot of search i think extended leather is a must if u go with like fox red or something. if you get black interior one should pass on it.
it's not cheap option. |

The leather didn't cover the areas that I wanted it to, like on the m5 the dash, upper doors and roof. I would have paid more for full leather but extended didn't seem logical especially with black leather.

I don't like the extended leather. I don't like how you see the color then have the black part where the cup holders are showing or the headlight switch. It looks funny to me. I'm going with Bamboo not extended.
