They are a well-known German tuner (since 1983 under that name), but their stuff has not been widely ditributed in the US in the past.

I read on E46fanatics that G-Power has recently signed a deal with ASA to do work together, so this should be a quality piece.

Yes, they do have a S/C for the E46 M3. They were one of the first available. I remember looking at them back in 2002 when I bought my car.
