Why e90post?

Sorry...another newb question...Just curious why people choose to post here versus bimmerfest or bimmerforums, etc...or do you post in multiple forums?

...for me I like the concentration on the 3-series here...being a brand new owner yet to take delivery, it's all e92 all the time...

1) It's focused mainly on the 3 series

2) The community here doesn't consist of a bunch of noobs. Go on Bimmerfest or whatever and there's so many reposts of stupid questions that it's not even funny.

3) The community here is friendlier. A lot of the common posters are easily identifiable.

4) I like the layout. It has the general 3 series discussion, general BMW discussion, general auto discussion, and OT sections that I frequent a lot.

Those are mainly the reasons why.

I read/post in all 3. Having said that, I do prefer E90post as it is more 3 series oriented.

I like both sites but posters like this on e90post don't help its cause.

Thanks, Mike.

who are you again

I joined all 3 when I first got my 3er but haven't logged onto the other 2 since sept 06. Too many dumb, uninformative posts, not that we don't have our fair share but the concentration of quality info is a lot better.

I was wondering the same thing. I've been searching for what BMW forum to join. I plan on getting a 335i in Sept. when my lease runs out. This one is the winner so far

I'm someone who has a 328i and am a BMW fan. I enjoy both sites and I don't understand childish rude responses. Why be mean? Lets have an adult discussion about this issue rather than calling people names.

Thanks, Mike.
