2003 M3 Aftermarket Sound System?

Hi, I am thinking of purchasing an M3! I have found a pretty good deal on a 03 model, but it doesnt come with the HK speaker system, which i am quite pissed about...haha. So I am thinking of installing my Pheonix Gold system in this car car. What i would like to know:

1) Can I use my std BMW Professional Front Loader with my aftermarket amp?
2) If i can, will my sound quality or 'loudness' suffer because of this
aftermarket system?
3) Can I use the DICE iPod kit with the aftermarket system (perhaps the Radio
DICE kit, not the trunk DICE kit)?
