Choices of radios.

Choosing radios...

Hi guys. I was wondering which was the way to go when ordering radios. I don't wanna be spending money in things I won't use. Foe example... I have rented cars with sirrus and it's nice, but I guess that it requires an extra monthly fee?

What about the HD radio?

Can someone explain?

Thank you.

Im pretty sure HD radio is the same as regular radio but its " high def" so the stations you would normally listen to come in clearer. And no there is not a monthly fee
