Multiply your bottom line total $ from SWAMP's spreadsheet by the "average ______%". This will give you a decent idea.

For me...
$61,850 x 1.5299% = $946/mo.
Sounds like a nicely equipped E92 M3 could easily be $1070/mo on a lease.

It is on cars in the price range above and below it.
Yeah, try wrapping your head around that one.

Yah, but if you don't like them, why pick them if you just plan to get new custom ones?

What is the Novillo leather compared to the regular leather? And what does it mean by "Extended" Novillo Leather?

I believe Novillo is just the name given to this specific leather offered in the M. Extended means that the leather extends underneath the steering wheel and the gear shifter area. If you do a you can find pictures of extended.

On a side note, my car with the following options was $62265:

Premium Package With Extended leather: $3,100 (dealer price=$1830)
EDC:$1,000 (dealer=$910)
19" wheels: $1200 (dealer=$1090)

Heated Seats: $500 (dealer=$455)

couldn't pull the trigger because I'm too upside down in my 328i...but, it was good to see the information and know the costs for when I order one this summer.
