David Letterman a hypocrite?
Is it "hypocritical" of David Letterman to get his writers to go back to work with him when they are supposed to be on strike?

Can't he do his own thing......why the hell does he need the writers for?
How dumb can he be.....talk to your guest.....ask a few questions....then good nite.

*shrugs*, I don't know, but I like him better vs Leno. I always flip the channel to letterman. But by far, hands down, Conan O'Brien.

I stopped watching the late night talkers because they are so far to the left they are gone. If they were to go on the air without a script, and really improvise, it might be interesting. I would possibly tune in to them to see what happens. With a script, there is really no surprise.
I don't have any strong dislike for unions, but there are some huge drawbacks. The main one is that they all are so far leftist (just like Letterman) that we would be better off without that bunch of writers. No writers would be a great improvement. Maybe new writers would be the best way to go with some fresh ideas instead of the tired old Socialist argument. |
