About M Mobility System

I have a question regardig this system. What happens after using the foam? Can you repair the tire (patch it) and just keep using it? Will the foam produce any balance problems or any other kind of difficulty in the future? It's better to change the tire?

The tire needs to be cleaned out and properly patched
