I don't have a favorite; variety is the spice of life.

Although I really like Bridgeport IPA, Bridgeport ESB, Dogfishhead 60 min IPA, Anchor Christmas from any year, Young's Double Chocolate Stout, Grant's Perfect Porter, Full Sail Pale Ale, geez, I could go on and on...

Try the Jefferson Reserve Bourbon Barrel Stout from Bluegrass Brewing Company (Louisville, KY) if you get a chance. Aged in oak barrels that previously held bourbon.

The least pissy beer from the above list would have to be Sam Adams

Bass. Or maybe Smithwicks (pronounced sMit-x) on occasion. Olde Engine Oil is good too, but hard to find. Fat Tire when I'm out west.

Irish Car Bombs FTMFW!!!!

There's a little irish pub 3 blocks from me. Every new year is $50, all you can drink beer and mixed drinks. Few years back, we sat down and pounded ICB's for hours. WOW was I drunk! I hadn't thought about that in a long time...I don't remember much, but I've been able to piece the night together from different accounts.

Alchohol causes cancer. Even one drink increases your rate of cancer.

Apparently everything causes cancer. :P
I think we all have cancer from the age we are born and it just develops at different rates.

I don't drink and I've never been to a pub to know any of the beers ya'll are talking about.
I have heard that Miller Chill is good though, and I think it sounds pretty good.

Saliva causes cancer too, but only when taken orally in small doses over a long period of time.

Alcohol taken occasionally also reduces coronary heart disease. But yeah, the negative effects do outweigh positive...

*Don't wanna be the politically correct party but just for a head's up 'Irish Car Bomb' isn't always a cool name to order it by. I just go with 'Car Bomb' esp. after a little incident in Boston where a bartender and damn near the entire bar was ready to throw down on me and my frined when he asked to order one - lol

but back on topic - Gotta rep for the home squad w/ 1) Red Stripe and 1A) Guinness
