See the concept behind that is great. But if you'll notice on the Audis that did that, when the cylinders deactivated and you put your foot down to get the power back, there would be a significant delay in power delivery. It would be great if there wasn't

I get 220-240 miles per tank, never got more than that. Commute in traffic 20 miles per day.

Crazy how much it drinks in stop and go.

Thanks but no thanks. I'd take a bit less fuel economy rather than add more complexity. but that's just me.
