The rear plug will drain more of the oil than the front-- you need to remove both! I hope you didn't pour in 8.8 liters of new oil after not draining the rear sump.

Two washers should be the crush washers for the two drain plugs. There is also a small rubber o-ring for the filter center support which doesn't necessarily have to be replaced each oil change, but many do change it.

If you poured more oil into the car, do NOT drive it. Have it towed and start over!

You only drained a small amount of the total capacity from the front section of the oil pan because the oil pumps fill the area. The second washer (drain plug gasket) was for the rear drain plug that would have drained most of the engine oil capacity. If you refilled the correct amount now the engine is way too full like I posted here for another forum question:

Someone may have a more accurate measurement, but my best guess on the amount that drains exclusively from the front sump is somewhere around 1.5 liters. So if you added a full amount of new oil you would be roughly 1.5 liters overfilled. You would also have that amount of dirty oil mixed with your new oil, which isn't the end of the world but not great either.

I would drain the front sump now, replace the plug, and run the car at idle up to ~160 degrees oil temp while monitoring the electronic oil level indicator in the car. You will then know how much oil is in there and whether it needs more added (hopefully it will be about right).

Ultimately the amount is not that significant, but best that you did it
