360 Forged Updates!

I must say I had a minor issue with my time frame on my wheels. I know from personal experience that being a smaller company and turning into a larger company can be hard, long hours and tough to keep everyone happy. I was planning on having my wheels this friday. I was contacted right away to be informed that it was not going to work that day as they were behind due to there changes. I was offered a full refund of my deposit. Jordan was top notch on acting on this matter for me. I have multiple friends who have orders in with 360 that have had GREAT service, GREAT products. This company just went through a few bumps as any growing company would. They are on top of there stuff. I hope this forum can once again entrust them self in 360. As being in the European auto industry myself I can say I will personally continue to support 360 and offer there wheels through my company! To the ones still waiting rest assured your getting top notch quality wheels.

Yea me and 360 are coming up with another wheel scheme.... Its going to be crazy! Stay tuned! Its probably going to have some carbon

Yea 360 is really doing some big changes for the better..... Their wheels have always been phenomenal. Although my customer service experience was great (this will be my 4th set from them) i know others have received subpar service lately. Not to worry they obviously realized it and they are making some immediate changes for the better

So did they give you $100 to post this?

One thread and post by a single customer is not going to change the feelings that a lot of people have toward 360. When I spoke to 360 yesterday they said they are unable to process refunds because they no longer have a credit card machine. My wheels were 5 weeks past due when I canceled the order. I canceled a week ago and 360 did not (and claim they are unable to) process my refund. All they say is for customers to do a charge back and that they will not dispute it. I hope that is the truth for once from this company.

I'm sorry punjabi, but I have to laugh. If this is true, 360 is in a really bad way. I know there are many on here who like their product, but their customer service seems appalling.

That is actually true it happened to me when i ordered the mesh 10's.... they switched accounts and i had to do a charge back. I got the money instantly from my CC company and got a letter a week ot two later saying 360 Forged approved the charge back

Yea its they switch accounts that the CC goes to is the problem. The old account is refusing to give 360 their money and told 360 to just tell all their customers to do a charge back

Complete and total bullshit. It never ceases to amaze me just how brazen people can be when lying. Sorry to hear of your troubles Punjabi - hopefully you get it resolved soon....

BarryC- Its like anything, you prob wont change your mind but there are many out there that dont like HRE for some reason or another or VOLK. Its just the game of the biz you cant please everyone. 360 has pleased A LOT more then they have made upset. You never read of the good stories its always the 1 or 2 bad ones that people just feed off of. All these hi end forged wheel companies are good companies, they ALL have had there up and downs. Its just how it works!
