2010 M3 ordered!
Happy to say that I'm coming back home. Went down the 545 and 535 avenues for a whiles after spending time driving E36 M3 and E46 M3.
Almost pulled the trigger on CTS-V to support the home team but just couldn't over the fact of driving a Cadillac. Have to admit dealer fought hard to win my business. But just couldn't pull the trigger and think of myself not in a M3. So now the wait begins. Production code went from 112 to 150 in just a day after confirming my order yesterday. 2010 M3 coupe Jet black with black novillo leather Cold weather Tech package DCT 19" wheels Moonroof Anti-theft alarm PDC Bluetooth Enhanced premium sound Thanks to folks on the board as went with David Aviles at www.bmwsonline.com. Absolutely zero hassles just a couple emails and a call to confirm. Couldn't have been any easier. Highly recommend to anybody considering a new BMW. |

I was under the impression that models produced after 3/09 no longer had alarm prewiring.

After 3/09, the alarm is a factory installed option only. You right though, they are no longer prewired. So if its not ordered from the factory then you out of luck.
