Does Anyone Make Polyurethane Front Lips for M3??

I know with the Porsche 997 there was a company making front lips made of polyurethane which was pliable but it looked like a regular front lip esp in black.

I think vorsteiner stopped making their poly lips.

I hear Challenge will be coming out with a poly version of their front lip very soon.

Would be interested in this too....something that can take a scrape now and again without cracking or clearcoat coming off.

I really wish VRS would bring the poly lip back.

Challenge from what I heard will be FRP not poly.

Paint protection film can slove the problem

and still give you the CF look

Don't think anyone would make a poly lip. That thing would last forever. Companies would lose out on replacement CF lips...

I was surprised that i couldn't find anyone making poly lips anymore, plenty of carbon or fiberglass but nothing as durable as poly.

i agree, i left my poly lip unpainted and it looks great. doesnt have any rock chips whatsoever, looks like its brand new even though its been on my car for 2 years.

There are a bunch of Subaru shops making poly lips. Mach V motorsports does 135/335i parts now... wonder if they'd be interested in making a Poly lip for our cars...

Might be able to get them to do it for us. I'm local DC MD VA hope someone decides to make one.

Maybe approach Dan at their big meet on July 30th. He could probably use one of our cars to get a template.
