I don't care if this guy scores 20 and 10 a game, I think he still sucks, won't make the team better.

Kobe is all dried up, Fisher, save him for the fourth quarter.
Agree. 4-5th seed max this year. They are not contenders anymore. We won't be able to keep up with any athletic teams out there. We need Dwight Howard badly.

Disagree to an extent.

Chris Paul is great, but does not fit the Lakers. Point guards don't win titles, size and defense does. Lakers had that and should have kept last years team and found a way to lure a guy like Billups to replace Fisher. Glad the CP3 deal fell through, I do wish they made a deal for Dwight though.

The Odom deal is still idiotic to me. Figured it meant something was coming near...that has yet to be seen.

To think Bynum (the team's best rebounder and a great low post presence) is pretty absurd. That being said, I'd love to trade him for Dwight.

Hmmm...Lakers' starting lineup is pretty much the same, the only difference is the bench (age and psychological factors aside).

Getting Dwight won't mean much if we have to give up Gasol and Bynum.

Can we acquire Dwight with the cost of Bynum only? I doubt it.

My point is that getting Howard will kill the Lakers to some extent. It's really a hit or miss. I'm leaning towards to miss side, with the Lakers' bench probably getting even worse after Dwight comes.

If they didn't even TRY to get CP3, Odom would still be here, as he's actually quite an important piece in the whole Lakers team.

So to conclude, I just want to say that Lakers are OVER.

They should have told Odom that they were looking to trade him.

When the deal fell through, he would have probably stayed but the front office was too scaerd to tell him they were looking to trade him.

That being said, Odom is dumb for wanting out, so what they wanted to trade you, it was for chris pual.

They should have signed Chuancey, he would have been perfect, a no risk contract for one year, he's 35 but still can play, smart basketball player, Kobe would have loved him because he would have taken some pressure off him.

Chuancey, Kobe, Ebanks, Gasol, Bynum, that looks like a roster than can contend with Miami w/ Odom off the bench.

The front office looks like rookies, Dwight is a child, he needs to grow up...would have loved CP3 although the loss of cartilage in his knee would have been a long-term worry.

They should have gotten him as he would have been the foundation of the team at 26, Lakers could have landed good trades and signings because who wouldn't want to play with Chris Paul?

Lopez is out with a stress fracture, will require surgery.

Lakers need to step in and get Dwight now.

Vegas disagrees with you.

They're favored to win the titles behind only the Heat.

What makes you think Mike Brown is a bad coach?

His .663 win percentage? (5th highest in NBA history)

Don't know what kind of question that is. Are you new to the NBA?

Winning % don't mean shit. Cavs with Lebron had the best record in the NBA but gets knocked out by a lower seed Magics and Celtics 2 consecutive years.

You still haven't answered the question, what makes Mike Brown a bad coach?

The only reason why Mike Brown have a winning % is because Lebron helped him.

If you kept up with the NBA when he first coached Cleveland (which I highly doubt you did) he admitted that he didn't know shit about offense and relied on assistant coach. That is pretty sad for a head coach......

Remember the magic cleveland series. Mike Brown never bothered changing his lineup until it was too late.

So the past is what you have against the guy. You don't think he's progressed since then?

Well if Lebron helped his win%, safe to say Kobe/Pau/Jordan/Pippen helped Phil's don't you think? Obviously great players help coaches and Mike Brown still has Kobe/Pau/Bynum.

They didn't shoot themselves. They couldn't afford him. It's all good. Better offseason next year.

If he was so good, he wouldn't have gotten fired by the Cavaliers. Especially during that season, the Cavs had the best record in the NBA.

Because Fisher is a better matchup on Rose.

LMAO @ you blaming Mike Brown for this collapse. He didn't miss the free throws or commit the turnovers.

WTF? Fisher better matchup for Rose? Did you not see how bad Rose crossed Derek old ass?

I'm not the only one who question Brown putting Fisher back into the game. If you stick to the post-game Magic Johnson criticize Brown for putting Fisher back into the game.
