Speedometer/Odometer Error Correction

I recently went to a 275/30 and 295/30 setup on my E92 ZCP which are slightly less tall than the stock 245/35 and 265/35 setup. This has the effect of increasing speedometer error by about 6% over the reported iPhone GPS speed. Is it possible to code/calibrate the speedometer to these shorter diameter tires to make both the speedometer and odometer more accurate?
