Stud Conversion: What length for 12/15 spacers?

I searched around for specs, but only found mixed information from IND/EAS. I'm running 15mm front, 12mm rear MS spacers on 220's (2010 e90). I wondering if I can use the 75mm MS stud kit. I know the 90mm kit will work, but I'd rather not have all that stud sticking out.

Anyone know if the 75mm kit will work with 12mm/15mm spacers?

TIA.

75mm will work for spacers up to 12mm, so they would not have enough thread for a 15mm (although some people have done it, i wouldn't recommend it personally)

You can get 90mm for the front and 75mm for the rear to limit the amount of stud sticking out. That seems like your best bet.

Since you're in norcal, contact Apex Race Parts, they just released a new and improved stud design

My opinion is the 75mm have enough thread engagement with some wheels but not others when using a 15mm spacer. It's something you have to measure and verify yourself if you don't want to follow the CYA answer you will get from the vendors who don't want to get caught out by somebody doing something stupid.

Thanks guys. I'm gonna order the 75mm's first as a test. If they don't work with the 15mm spacers, I'll go 90mm up front.

Just get the 90 and do it once. I have 90 with no spacers and it looks fine.

I have 90mm front and rear. OP If you want to swap 10 studs (my 90mm for your 75mm) I'll be willing to do it. I'd like to reduce the length in the front of my car. I'm running 20mm rear and 5mm front with 359s.
