Who had owned an E46 330ci?

I found a 2002 BMW 330ci Sport Package Auto with navigation (didnt really care if I had navigation or not anyway) and placed my deposit on it yesterday. It has 53,000 miles and I'm unsure of the actual color but it looks like a graphite grey and the interior is grey leather. The car is mint, I was curious to see who else has owned one, I've been told they are definitely a 14 second ish car but I can't find any real world numbers online. It comes with two sets of wheels and tires, winter and summer. What did you think of yours? I'm pretty excited about this, I pick it up on Wednesday.

Love the E46, but IMO w/ 225 hp auto trans, I am thinking 14.999 at the absolute best with a 30 knot tailwind :-).

Nothing a few mods and tweaks can't fix. I'd prefer a manu but this one was too clean and priced too well to pass up.

Google 0-60 times and click on BMW. They have a 2001 330i going to 60mph in 6.0 and the quarter mile in 14.8

03 exact same minus navi and black leather. Some electrical probs - radio would go haywire, gauge cluster lights dead, alternator dead, power steering pump failure. 110k miles. Could be considered normal failures for the mileage. Otherwise, solid driver. Go for it

I owned a 330ci for eight years. Loved that car, not the fastest at all but a fun car to drive. I put a tune and intake on it, and you could hear that straight six howl!

I owned an 04 330ci, loved everything about it. Since the day I sold it, I wished I never did. Loved the handling and sound of it. Enjoy yours!

Owned a 2001 and 2004 before getting an '05 M3, and must say that the e46 was so perfect in many ways. I wish BMW still designed the interior like the e46 and kept the 3-series at that size. Enjoy it and post some pics on e46fanatics and here as well.

Cheers!

I'm excited, I pick it up tomorrow. I actually chose this over a mint e36 m3 vert. After driving them back to back I don't know how I could ever own an e36 as a daily.

I had an 04 330ci, sapphire black with sport and 6MT. Loved it! It felt so light and nimble compared to my E92s. That I6 is a great engine. You are going to love it. Enjoy!
