Just bought a new Frozen Black M3 ZCP
Had a Mineral White Competition Pack E92 Coupe for 6 months and love it. It was a keeper, last of the proper high revving M cars.
Went in my dealer today and they had a new Frozen Black car in the showroom with a very high spec including ZCP, black ZCP (GTS) wheels, black grills, black side gills and black chrome exhaust tips. Black Novillo with red stitching and red painted calipers. Had to go for it and did a great deal with end Q1 targets looming large. It looks like a B2! Should collect it end of the week, pics to follow.

You had a mineral white E92 for 6 months and you bought another M3? What happened to the first car?

No trading the last one for the new one on a great deal. Just a few £000 in the mix. The E92 M3 is a keeper, the high revving V8 is about to disappear. Just swapped a 2010 white one for a very mean black 2011. If you'd seen it in the flesh, you would have done the same.

This also makes me wonder if what I've read about the custom stitching colors is true. I've heard that in order to do a contrasting stitching color, they have to first remove the original stitch color and replace it with the new, contrasting color. This is what makes contrast stitching such an expensive (for what it is) Individual option. To the OP, do you know what you paid for the contrast stitching (if anything), and is it considered an Individual option?

I bet it will look amazing... the only problem is maintenance... they say you can't wax it (except for a specific type), can't polish it and if you get bird crap or even bug guts on it, you have to deal with it right away or risk damage to the finish. Would be difficult to live with it as a DD but as a weekend car it would be beautiful.
