Best matte color for e92 M3 ?
I wanted to matte my car I was wondering what looks better. Matte army green. Matte white. Matte black. Or matte Jerez black like my original color.????

Wrap you car a matte clear. It will look a matte Jerez. IMO though, matte colors are played out.

I like frozen grey for the m3.
But like MR///M3 said, it's quite played out. However, the frozen polar silver is not played out & would look stunning. That's my next color when I get bored of frozen grey.

What is the cost to matte the entire car? Also, any pics of frozen polar silver?

No, wondering what the matte wrap in that color actually looks like....if it looks like the crt, then I like!
Any idea on price, including materials, to wrap an M?

doesn't seem to be any mod more polarizing than going matte. I personally don't think it's played out at all as long as it's done right. I've always been a sucker for matte black, but I also love bright colors in matte.. the matte gives it a nice unexpected detail IMO.

I know lots of you will disagree with me here but personally I don't like any of the matte colours...they look like a half finished car. It looks like the car has been primed gray or black or whatever and is just waiting to go nback to the paintshop for finishing off.
Sorry but thats what I think. Just an opinion. |
