M3 - Coupe or Sedan?

Hi everyone,

I will maybe sell my S4 for a M3.

But I would like to know what is look better betwin Coupe or Sedan?

For me.. both of them are really looking nice and agressive!

It will be my summer fun car. What do you prefer betwin these M3's look?

Indeed.

Since you like both body types, I think then it comes down to utility. If you have family and/or need to load up a lot of stuff, then sedan, for sure.

sedan - but im biased. I like that it has four doors, but at the same time, I never let anyone sit in the back ! haha and if they do, im constantly looking back to make sure they dont' mess things up!

I like the sedan. More versatile and looks more muscular with the wider track and shorter overhangs.

I have had both. Sedan for practicality. Coupe wins on looks for me because it's available with the carbon roof.

I vote for the coupe (and own one) but I also like the sedan. The sedan is not as common but something about the carbon fiber roof on the coupe...

The standard question is: do you have friends? If yes: sedan. If no: coupe. And if you don't want an M3: vert (KIDDING!!!)

I have a 4-door, but I don't have any friends. I was hoping the car would fetch me some... but alas... no.

There are two kinds of M3 owners: those who own E90s and those who wish they owned one.

Coupe looks better, no doubt. Sedan is more practical if you always have passengers.

LOL for a second I thought OP was longwong.... Anyways I love the look of the coupe but for practical reasons ie: 3 kids, in hindsight I would have gotten the E90. If would have gone with the sedan I definately would have gone with the sunroof. Personally I like the carbon fiber roof for the looks and not for the weight savings.

I personally love the look of the sedan. Have never once wanted to change.

Have since had a kid and carseat fits easily in center and can still fit two friends on the side.
