BMW Puts End to FTC Dispute Over Misleading Warranty
This could be of much importance to us M owners still under warranty though I'm not sure how relevant it is to Canadians as well.
Furthermore not sure if the same vague language is stated in our manual, similar to the one in the Mini. http://m.motortrend.com/wot/1503_bmw..._warranty.html

A few months back I had a servise advisor suggest that because their computer did not show any scheduled maintenance being done on my car by a BMW dealer, that my warranty may be void. I informed him that I had done all of the maintenance myself and in more frequent intervals than BMW includes (and that I had recepits form everything). Needles to say, I've not had any warranty work denied.

Now lets bet BMW to admit the E9x M3 has a rod bearing problem
