Too fast to daily drive...Haha, my go kart is 45 hp.. I think it likes more than 500hp

I have my 2008 E90 M3 for sale. It has a jerez black metallic exterior color and a black novillo leather interior.
This car is entirely stock, is in a mint condition and has never been in any accident. It currently has about 38,000 miles on the odometer. All scheduled service work has been performed on time and by a BMW dealership (next scheduled service is in 5,000 miles). My asking price is $40,000 and is firm due to the condition of the car/low mileage/extended maintenance.
