+1 admins have nothing to do with it. all they can do is ban the vendor...but even at that like previously stated, the vendor would have no way to contact the customers in mass.

whenever you buy something there is always a level of risk. if you dont like it... dont buy anything.

PS - On a side note this guy John is one clever mofo. I gotta admit. I mean he probably bought the fakes from for like 200-400 a piece, then sold it for the authentic price of $1,200? The profit margins must be mind boggling. If I was eisenmann I would gather all the legal strength and sue the shit out of Mr.. To prove to the world this will not happen again. Who knows perhaps Mr. has already fled the United States with his windfall. All this settlement talk could be a smoke screen to give Mr. to more time to siphon his funds into a Swiss or Cayman Islands bank account. I mean come on, HE KNEW he was selling fakes and the house of cards was eventually going to fall, perhaps he had already planned for the big apocalypse of eisenhaus.
Eisenhaus said it cost them like $1400 to make the exhaust.

Well first, they could make the vendor not a vendor and a member. They would still exist, there name wouldn't be in green.

It would take them off vendor status and then in return would prevent uneducated customers from buying from them. There's a lot of people on the forums who go directly to for sale or sponsors/vendor and purchase.

I will go out on a limb and say that in my opinion no one here will get see any compensation. I hope I'm wrong, but when dealing with criminals in situations such as this expect the worst and hope for the best. If you read post 731, you will see that I offered $100 (not much, but a start) donation to their legal bills for a class action lawsuit, what have you done?
you can paypal me 100 for my legal bills. dont forget the 3% too.

I'm not in any way trying to defend Eisenhaus, but I know that all of the employees left the day they found out the truth, Ryan included. I know also that I've never met an employee of Eisenhaus called "Tim", and if there are no employees left in the place, it should suggest who you were speaking with on the phone by process of elimination.

Since they want it to be legal, ask Tim for his last name.

"Tim" said to wait for "Jason", he was supposed to call me later to finalize things. He mentioned that Jason is the manager and had approved my settlement.

Guys, two things:

First, I am tired of deleting names, addresses, and unnecessary dings at specific nations. I don't think this stuff belongs on here, and I have taken the conservative route of deleting personal and national references that serve little purpose.

Second, I think that we all need to put our heads together and figure out what steps we can come up with for a list like this to take to keep an eye on vendors (and quasi-vendors). There is a lot of stuff cropping up that is making this list a less friendly place. Any ideas I'm sure would be welcomed by the Admins.
