problem solving(engine leak)

hi guys

Recently, I found out there might be a leak on my engine. After I got home from work, I can hear some sort of sizzling noise. I think the noise is around the engine oil adding place. It sounds like water drop on the very hot pan. I can hear about 4 or 5 drops.

Have anybody ever experience this before? is this normal?

LOL..couldnt help myself..most likely the AC condensation dripping on the exhaust pipes.

very common question among people who just got their car...like Yolkster said, it is just condensation from the AC system dripping onto some super hot exhaust pipes.

i didn't use a/c on my way back home today. There is no more sizzling noise. Thanks guys.
