New Member here! Bought a 2011 E92 M3

I was looking at a Porsche 911 997 and was very close to buying one, but with a baby on the way, I decided to get an alpine white M3 instead.

Good thing is it has CPO warranty up till 2016!!

I'm very happy with my decision, now I just have to find a set of winter tires so that I can drive the car home.

I've been looking at threads on this forum, and I think I'll be spending some $$$$ this coming summer on mods..

I have found the M3 is a great compromise vehicle: Track during the weekend, Kids to school during the week.

Took some low-quality pics on my iPhone when the car was at the dealership. I'll have to wait until I get my winter tires there so that I can drive the car home. I love AW with the CF roof.

In the meantime I've been reading up on mods! Oh my wife is not going to be happy.

V. nice! I prefer the 220M's rather than the 359M's with AW for some reason.

Can't give any recommendations on winter tires - not required in Australia!

Nice looking ride congrats! As with some of us its a great all in one car (I moved from a 997 to the E90). Im sure you can get away with some subtle mods before the wife catches on lol
