scratch repair

anybody in central jersey know someone that does scuff scratch repairs? i scraped the vinyl siding of the jamb while backing out of the garage. it was on the front driver side bumper just in front of the fender. i touched up sanded and polished and waxed and its still dull. any help would be appreciated.

Honestly, that sounds like a pretty simple fix. I think any body shop could do that quite easily.
