UUC Corsa Exhaust Install
Installed the axle back a few days ago. Looked at just about every axle back on the market.
I got the exhaust through UUC directly for $1600 shipped and it arrived in 2 days. The install was painless and straight forward. Everyone has their gripes on the exhaust, the looks, the tips aren't as big as coffee cans, etc. But whatever - the exhaust has ZERO DRONE AT ANY RPM. I literally cannot tell that there is an aftermarket exhaust on my car unless I get on the gas harder than just very normal/tame driving. But, when I get on the car, the exhaust really has a nice exotic note. It's perfect for what I wanted. Quiet enough when I need it to be, very sick sounding when I want it to be, and it's not a $3500 rumble box. If you can live with the looks, which they grew on me, call UUC and get this thing shipped ASAP. You will love the sound and ZERO DRONE. |

Congrats on the new system. You know how I feel about it but I'm happy to hear you like it.

That's exactly what I'm looking for. And that's why I was going to just modify the stock exhaust, but nobody local wants to do it. And no way I'd spend 4 grand on the BMW performance one. In fact, I like how the Corsa sounds better than the performance one. But the looks. Did you paint the cans black? And are the tips perfectly aligned on both sides? Corsa is not my favorite sound for the M3, but sounds pretty good. And among my only other choice, Dinan, Corsa is a beauty by comparison . Do you happen to have a video with launches and drive-bys at slow, normal, and aggressive throttle? That's the only thing stopping me right now. I only found a video with a cam mounted on the rear, which is better than nothing, but can't really tell how loud the car is. Is it much louder on a cold start than stock? By the way, my car stopped sounding loud at start-up. It used to be a lot louder. It still has that annoying 'load' that kicks in about 3 minutes after idling, that sounds like if the exhaust had a leak, but that's a different behavior. Come on man, convince me .

No videos right now, but yes cold start it is very bassy I guess I would describe it as. Not loud, just bassy.
Out of the box it lined up during the first run of the install pretty good, but you can adjust it some to get it perfect. I'd say mine is 98.25% lined up perfect. But I don't think it would ever be 100% perfect in my eyes even if it was, LOL. I did not paint the cans black or anything. Everything else under there has the same color so it kind of goes with everything imo. I'd say go for it and at $1600 shipped you can't go wrong. I'm very happy with it for the money. |

Not that everyone doesn't know what the UUC Corsa exhaust looks like but here is a photo of the recent install:
It has been a few days and I now notice a bit of drone at all RPMs... Nah, Just kidding. Still no drone haha. |

This the best I can as far as video. The corsa is in the rear. I tried to keep my revs down to capture the sound but the guys wot and leaves me.

Corsa is the shiznit. It'll get a little louder with time but you'll never get drone and most of the sound is outside of the car. Getting my Sosi x-pipe today and I'll make sure to take some videos with that combo. Great exhaust and good job.

I installed a Corsa exhaust on my Z06, and honestly it is the only aftermarket exhaust I have ever installed on any of my cars that actually reduced the drone even versus the OEM exhaust. I don't know how they do it, but the sound at idle combined with no drone was perfect.
