Hey - I love my car and hate to part with it, but I am looking to unload it as I don't really drive it and would like to save some money as my wife and I are getting ready for kids.

I have a Borla Exhaust, black kidney grills and side gills, body-color reflectors and a hardwired V1 installed on the car. I have all the OEM parts sitting safely in my garage. I can leave these items installed and give you all the OEM parts (for a very reasonable price) or I can provide the car bone stock. It's up to the buyer.

I also put down a $900 deposit to BMW which will be refunded to the lessee upon turn-in of the vehicle at the end of the lease. I would like to recoup that amount. Buyer is to pay all transfer costs ($500 upon initiation - $400 refundable if credit does not get approved)

The quoted payoff as of yesterday is $51,532.25 if anyone is interested in purchasing the vehicle outright.

I have attached pictures of the car before any modifications. I can provide pictures of the modifications tonight.

Definitely would be interested but as a purchase. Payoff is about 3k over my budget and have no experience with out of state purchase. If payoff goes down each month, would probably take off your hands in 2 months if purchase details and shipping could be figured out. Can you post updated pics? Also, can you confirm comfort access is on car?

I am interested in this for my first BMW as my friend has two BMW's now a 09 335i and a 05 M3. He is happy with his beamers but how would it work to take over your lease? I'm obviously new to this site as just registered 2 nights ago.
