I won't be able to use "negative" feedback of ebay feature as I didn't buy through ebay. Instead, Delsa sent me the invoice directly through paypal.
(Or..can I still leave a feedback??)

I just got an e-mail from Delsa.
Once I ship the spoiler to Taiwan, they will reimburse me for the return shipping and give me a full refund for the spoiler through paypal.

Thank you all for many advices.

I opened up the paypal dispute against Delsa Motor Sport.

They received my spoiler on last Friday (Dec 8/06), and I've sent
three e-mails regarding the refund progress. So far no responses again!

So if you are thinking about getting products from them, please do not buy!

That exact problem occured with me when I ordered from Pacific BMW. They were a bunch of a**holes about me returning it, and I ended up having to get BMWNA involved for me to get a spoiler that was not chipped on the end.

Lets just say I will never buy from Pacific BMW again...

dont worry, if delsa doesnt reply in 10 days, then paypal will rule in your favor.

What!!

"We have completed our investigation of this case. No further action is required by you at this time. We have denied this claim. That's all I get?
No refund?

OMG, what should I do now?

I can't claim through Canada Post when the delivery is already completed....

I've talked with Mastercard REP, and they said I can dispute the amount
after 30 days from the date of delivery.

But even if I get money back from Mastercard, my retrun shipping is still not covered. (sigh...)

You can try to file a claim with eBay, but you need to pay $25 service charge if you get the refund.
