Honestly Matthew, you might as well buy from States. It would almost be foolish to not take advantage of our high dollar and lower prices from them.

buy from the states... i got my recaro profi spa from there.

for the price you quoted (assuming thats for one seat), you can almost get a spa seat too...

It's too bad you're looking for this on such a short notice. We're driving down to NYC this weekend in my friends SUV, would have been able to take a seat back for you if it was stored at one of those facilities near the border. I actually might have a friend with just one seat, let me get back to you.

ahh... didnt read your post carefully enough. just realised you were looking for one in LEATHER... yea, there's a hefty premium for leather recaros...

however, if you just making a chair out of the seat, would you consider buying a replica recaro seat ?

these guys are located in vancouver i believe.... tons of porsche guys have been buying their seats. they are replica recaros but the seats are very high quality. i have seen a few personally.
