Nice dyno. If the dyno was at EAS so Im going to assume its at STD correction which would put you at 384whp or 29whp over stock car using the baseline in the link below.

Incorrect, that was SAE correction factor
In that picture I posted it does not show the factor and it was my last run that hit 400.05

EAS recorded the first pull of when I hit 390whp
Look closely at the end you will see the SAE

Again this was all on 91oct.
I have a race map for my tune now for 100oct

Thanks
My main goal was first performance to see if I could hit 400 whee naturally aspirated on 91oct

With that said, I ran a heavily modded N54 335 that was pushing 400+ wheel but most importantly over 430wtq

His Mods were JB4 G5 ISO -map 5 (map 7 would beat me) , DCI, Exhaust, Macht Schnell Downpipes, E-85 (45%), Automatic transmission

V.S manual M3 on 91oct

Pulled on him after 4th gear, where the torque didn't matter anymore

I don't see what you mean?
In that video I posted, I beat an N54 that had +400wtq and around the same whp as me when it was on map 5; on map 7 he had over 500wtq supposedly and then obviously I lost. And I've destroyed a modded N55 before.

I'm just a fan of Naturally Aspirated ///M power, but w/o going forced induction, there is a limit to how much hp we can gain.

Unlike the new M3's S55, with one tune it's a beast, but not as fun to drive IMO as a V8 that revs to 8300rpm.

Nice to see trolls still exist on forums and disagree with another member who knows it difficult to achieve 400 wheel SAE and 91oct, whatever the dyno may be.

Have you gained that much power on your "6MT M3", even if you tried?
No

Cool numbers and vids. N/A gains are hard to come by and satisfying when they do.

That said, the vid you posted of the roll race with the 335i made me realize how much of a handful my E89 Z4 will be when I install the downpipes.

Hey OP,
I apologize if I doused water on your enthusiasm....I really am.

Many people on this forum knows that EAS dynojets consistently puts out high dyno numbers. What matters is your baseline and your final number of 400. For our S65 to put out 400whp on FBO that you listed is unrealistic and many people would agree.

I suggest taking it to another Dynojet to compare. As for my numbers ....I gained 35whp on my FBO w/stage 2 bpm....probably a little more if I had fans injecting air like EAS did on your dyno. I'm happy with it and have no complaints in how my car is running. I'm realistic and don't expect 70whp from FBO upgrades. I'm not hating on your numbers. I just don't think it's realistic and if you feel that it's accurate ....great! Only opinion that counts is yours!

Below are dynojet numbers from some west coast cars.....including some stroker motors and a F80 stock. It's consistent with other non EAS numbers.
....I mean, come on!, One of their highest stock baseline was like 365whp..I'm not buying it.

..........maybe i'm to critical.

To be honest, I'm not too terribly concerned with my HP numbers. i just want reliable performance. I don't need be the fastest.

you still haven't listed your stock baseline? what was your total gain? Is it possible to put up your graph with the SAE correction numbers w/conditions?

Whatever floats your boat man. FWIW, I came from an FBO E85/meth N54 and I could annihilate any NA M3. I went to the M for reliability bout couldnt stand the slowness. And BIG money for nominal gains. So I charged her and havent looked back.

Did he have an intercooler? If not he was heat soaked after 3rd gear.
