Mine was full. $50 is $50, it's not chump change to me.
I wouldn't have accepted the car if the tank wasn't full.

+1, it is a reflection of what they think about you as a customer. If they are not concerned about this small but important detail imagine what they think about major service items.

I would almost rather have an empty tank, so I know exactly what gas went in to it.......87 octane from the dealer? Not a long shot.
