How easy is it to steal a gearbox from a car? Need help

Dont get me wrong, lol :biggrin:

My DC5 has been sitting collecting dust outside a Garage waiting to go for a repaint.

The Garage calls me, tells me that there is no tranny in the car!!

The garage owner claims that everything was caught by the security camera. Thats good, but no gearbox.

Now, anyone here know a vendor or someone that can source me this gearbox?

This is not the same gearbox u find on the RSX, the one i have is a JDM TypeR Integra 6 speed.

Appreciate the help guys.

I'm sure thieves have mastered it. Every person I know that owns a Teg is just waiting for the theft. They arent even type R's either. The damn car remains HOT after almost a decade. Unbelievable. My buddy says its not a matter of "if." Its a matter of ''when." Degenerates.

True, in the States the Honda is a target ( i had a civic in Tampa once and me wheels got stolen ). Here, if you go to the 7-11 lets say, engine running, doors unlocked, gauranteed 99% nothing will happen.
