re-set service light on M3
I have just had my new V8, 2008, M3 serviced, I thought the first service was just going to be a oil and oil filter change, however they said they needed to change the pollen filter and drain the oil from the brakes and replace with new oil. As the car as only covered 5,000 miles I said that you can change the oil/filter but don't bother with the other two things (so far so good).
The following day I went to collect my car only to find that the service light was still up, I asked them why that was, they said they had re-set the oil service output from the on board computer but not the other two outputs, the pollen filter and brake oil. Does any body on this forum know how to re-set these two output so that the service light goes off? |
