I will be getting my tints at top of the line tints in NJ. They are Certified 3M Auto Tint Installer and only a hand that special in 3m. I manage to squeeze in an appointment for tomorrow and it will cost a little more. I heard that our dot matrix is a pain to fill in and you will see bubbles if not done correctly.

You guys thinking to switch winters immediately?

Probably going to wait until somewhere next week to do it. I want to enjoy the ZCP wheels even for a brief moment. I have a set of OEM 219s (Dark Grey!) with A/S tires ready to go though.

EDIT: on second thought, I'll probably switch right away. haha. mid 30 - mid 40 temps these tires will be hockey pucks with any hint of speed.

I got a week out of the ZCP wheels before I switched... i figure cars in break in period and its cold... so fk it switch it up to the winters might as well save the zcp's for the summer when u can rev the piss out of it !

I think the 18/15 spacers I have will make the 219s look pretty mean on the ZCP springs. I kept these 219s because they're the '08 Grey versions and look great.

How cold did it get when you drove on the ZCP summers? Curious how slippage you felt etc.

right around freezing temps... but I was driving easy cause its break in period ..

Im not one to out drive the road conditions so... I felt relatively no slippage

if I didnt have to drive so far to work everyday I would have not gotten winters at all if that helps your decision at all..

I drove my z06 on summer tires year round (no winter setups would fit the z06 massive brake calipers

Wow, Z06 on summers in NY winters, that's impressive for sure. I guess I'll see how it feels when I'm driving today. You're right, during break-in, you're not going to see much speed. I'm shifting at 6k rpms though, fuck that 5k rpm BS.

He's probably driving it. Lol.

I put mine in storage. I'm itching to drive it, however the insurance company wants me to keep it in Storage for 21 days minimum, to get the discount. I only put 320 miles on it since delivery.

I tried out KLASSE AIO for the polish and sealant. It actually works as advertised. I have to test longevity still, but beads water well and it's very easy to apply. I don't how, but one tiny drop of liquid on a dampened cloth does a panel easily. Wipe on, wipe off, and the car's shine deepens.
