Fantastic stable of cars you've got there and nice photoshoot! Does it happen that you don't know which car to take for the day? Drive safely! You've got some serious weapons there.

Thx just saw the pic of your SY comp package e92 on the 'ring. That's the best color I've ever seen on this car. Amazing.

Thank you! In the sunshine the color becomes quite bright, but in the shadow it is more toned down. The E92 M3 body is nicely designed and I think most colors go well on this car.

I would love to see that. Do you have a picture / build thread?

What kind of tax writeoff can you make on a 991 turbo S purchase?

Well, there are a lot more deductions for autos available when you own a business. For example I used section 179 deduction when I bought an X5 for work since it qualifies given the GVWR. I also deduct up to 100% of the lease payments on autos that are used for business purposes. A few of my clients are current or formerly in the auto racing business so my 997.2 is a full blown race car and my new 991 will likely be used for racing soon.

My friend recently did the same and bought a X5M for tax deductions. I don't think you can take deductions for race cars/track days unless your business is directly related to a professional racing endeavor. There's a huge thread about this on Rennlist.

Unfortunately I have not started modding the car yet and have not taken that many great photos of the car like you have done with yours

Here is one more picture from the "ring" with different light and the color has got a different tone to it. I have not done any adjustments, only reduced the size of the picture.

Agreed. I'm a CPA myself so I'm careful about exactly what can and cannot be deducted. I'm pretty conservative. Track days and aftermarket parts - no way.

Thank you! Yes mods planned. Tune, exhaust, fuel system and intercoolers. And then better traction (tires). It would be a shame to keep the car at only 560 HP when these simple mods can unleash another 150+ easy.

Very nice cars!
That 991 is amazingly sexy!

I like your posts/threads on 6speed as well, I had a 997.1 turbo this past year, would love to get both the M3 and 997tt at the same time like you 👍🏻

Looking forward to that 991 build!

Bummer. Sorry to see it go.

There's a stripper AW E92 w/ DCT and Speed Cloth for sale in San Diego. It would make a fantastic starting point for a track car, IMO. (I have no affiliation with the seller, BTW.)

Depends if you want a DCT (I did, but not everyone does).

Longboarder If you talk to him, see if he will bundle his GTR BBK! Been staring at that for like a month

Nice thx for the link. I was thinking more like picking up a beat '08 on the super cheap and gutting it, putting a cage, race seats, harness and then proper suspension bits and brakes. Or better yet finding one like this that someone has already done.

nice pickup! would love to see a pic that shows the size difference between the 997 and 991. Something like a head to head shot.

Not money....I don't have any of that...but rather good credit and essentially zero interest rates (thanks to world central banks' monetary policy), and a favorable IRS tax code that allows for the deduction of "unreimbursed business expenses" for these cars in my business.
