"It makes me feel fuzzy down there honey..." Said my wife during an test drive (@ 6500 rpm) at the dealership when my 550 was in for service. That was 6 months ago and knew that I had the green light for an inevitaBle acquisition of my first M.

On Saturday I brought home a '12 E93. AW DCT ZPP TECH Bk/Fox 2 tone interior. First impressions are simar if not the same as all you M virgins out there. Everytime I get the tach going it wants more. All my other cars, when pushed passed 5k felt like it was going to fall apart. How the **ck did they do that? Is this what "tuned" feels like? Don't know, and frankly don't care. Just delicious.

Obviously have a crap load of questions but right now I'm just driving it and making it my own. As pilots say "just stick and rudder". Thanks for all the contributions and for potentially answering my stupid questions.

Every woman who's taken a high revving ride in my car has literally squealed with delight. Perhaps it's because the car is so stealthy and unassuming that their experience is more visceral. If you really want to get her tingling let her take it for a drive thorough the canyons......
