I hope all the bins and bags don't topple over on to your new ride! Enjoy!

Nice upgrade. 335is is a great car but the M3 is a big level up in performance.

The 313 can be made to fit but it probably wouldn't look good and you'd have to run huge spacers. Plus why? 359M look so much better.

+1. I mean I already figured out and gave all the info of what spacers were needed to make the 313's work. However, I do have to agree with you 100%

Conversely your M3 comp wheels are 19x9 et 31 in the front and 19x10 et 25 in the rear.

Now, that I've given you the actual wheel specs; you can physically fit a 255 tire on an 8 inch wheel. 245 is optimum and what I recommend on that size wheel. However, the 255 can be stuffed in there. I don't recommend it. A 275 will fit nicely though on the 19x9. I ran 275's on my 9" wide Camaro SS wheels. Looked fine no problem. Having said all this...you will need wheel spacers to move the wheels out to the proper place in the wheel well to look correct.

You'll need a 20mm spacer for the front to put the outside of the wheel where your factory M3 wheel is. Actually it will be 1mm further outboard than the factory M3 wheel which will be fine. In the rear; you'd need to move the wheel 27 mm outboard to locate the wheel in the same place. This is where you are dead in the water imo. The largest spacer I can quickly search for is 20mm. Even if a larger one can be found; I honestly do not think that is a great idea for safety reasons. I am not basing this opinion on any factual basis. I just don't like it. You should know that if you run a 20mm spacer in the rear as well; you will only move the wheel inboard .275591 from its current location. If you are ok with that; then by all means go for it. If you don't mind spending the money on a tire and a wheel spacer; I suggest you buy one 275 and one 20mm spacer. Then mount your 313 and see how you like it. Just how I would go about this dilemma.
Thanks a lot dude! really appreciate the help! i have the 359s as well, really like the look and can't see myself going with 313s on this beauty, just can't go with less fatter tires.. probably just sell the 313s if i get a good price.

I completely agree with you. Wise choice imo. Being oem is a plus if you decide to sell them. They're is definitely a market for them. Another option for you is to use them as snow/winter tires. I wouldn't hesitate to do that. Narrower tires do better in the snow than wider tires and you could just swap them out as needed.

You could; in that case though...I'd recommend selling the front two for two more rear 313's. That way you can run a square setup. Having said that, if you go through all that trouble; I think I'd just sell them so you could buy a set of Apex ec7's or Arc 8's for track use. They would be a much more suited wheel for the track than the much more heavy 313.
