I have a 2011 with tech package and I don't have comfort access. FYI. Most BMW's have CA as a 1k option. Sad but true.

Whether OP has CA or not or should or whatever is confusing. The main point he is in canada and he said he imported the car. Who knows where the care was imported from and maybe in 2009 CA was NA, different, who knows.
He needs to find a dealer in the ORGINAL country (maybe USA) that can advise him. chuck |
