Help. thrust arm bushings/arms

Guys,

I need your help. I created a thread about this before, but now I would like help on tools, etc. 07 328i

I am going to replace my front thrust arm bushings, but I know buying the bushings are cheaper but I want to know if it is a hassle to press them in?

Or if it is just better to buy the whole arm?

Is there any special tools I need for this job?

Thanks
