Martin - is it possible you can give a more in-depth review of the AE compared to Dinan, when you put some more miles on it? looks great btw

AE -what are the size of the tips? also, so this exhaust shown and being sold is the "Performance/Race" model? When is the "Sport" (quieter) model to be released, as mentioned in your earlier post?

IRMthree,

The exhaust being sold is the sport, quieter model. Our race model is not available as of right now.

New vids coming soon!

The exhaust looks amazing. What hp and torque gains can we expect with this axle back system?

Expected Horsepower gains are +18, and Torque is +13.

Let me know if I can answer any more questions.

Best Regards,

One more thing I must have missed.

The tip size is 83mm for all that were wondering.

How is the drone at 1500-1900 rpm? The exhaust looks really nice!

It is borderline drone free. With the windows up you can hardly notice it!

I have driven the exhaust around town and have put around 80 miles on it. Around town with shifts around 4000rpm you notice the volume compared to stock obviously. Out of 10 the exhaust would be right in the middle, not too quiet and not too loud.

If you decide you want to go WOT the by all means go for it - it will put a big smile on your face before you say "this is too loud"...

How about crusing in top gear at 3,000 RPM? This engine drones at 2,000 and 3,000 RPM, but not in between 2k to 3k or over 3,000 RPM.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

At 3000 RPM you are fine, that is right at 80mph or so.

thanks for your thoughts on the exhaust Martin_D

this exhaust sounds soo good and the lack of drone is very enticing!
