WTB: 2008+ E92 M3 in AW/6MT

Actively looking for an E92 M3 in Alpine White or possibly Space Gray. Not a big fan of Fox Red interior so really only looking for black interior.

Looking for the following:

6MT (must)
Black interior
CF roof (no moonroof)
CF trim (ideal but I can deal with something else)
Nav
Under 40k mile preferred
Warranty preferred or option to buy

Looking in mid to high 30k range. Located in the SF Bay Area but willing to deal with out of state sellers. Let me know!
