How is Shelly BMW for service?

Anyone know if Shelly BMW is any good for service? they are the closest to me and was wondering if they will take good care of my M3 (first 1200 service coming up soon).

OP I would be more then happy to personally set you up with a great SA that will take care of you. Let me know It may be a little far but we do have the outlets across the street and a huge movie theater so its a great place to kill time.

I recommend Travis @ Steve Thomas BMW, best SA I've ever had. I also hear very good things about Warren, also from Steve Thomas.

I bought my 05 ZCP & 05 X5 4.4i from Shelly. Done all my service there, never had problem. Even when the M3 had Ground Control coilover with axle-back exhaust, the service remain the same. Always got loaner car back than with prior appointment.

When I sold my 05 M3 and bought 08 E90 M3 from New Century BMW, I take my M3 to New Century for regular schedule service. In between, I do oil change of M3 and regular service on X5 at European Motor Works in Arcadia.

Did you buy your car from Shelly? If so, ask your salesperson to introduce you to a good SA. I haven't been there since 2008 so I can even know who work there anymore.

Good luck.
