We have this program here in Southwestern Ontario ordinary drivers will pick up a cancer patient then wait for them. At our main cancer treatment hospital we have a special parking area to wait for the return of the patient.

I am a survivor, was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2009 and I am now in remission. So far so good. In my case I was lucky it was discovered early and I was over 70 at the time.

The video inspired me so much I will sign up for the program at our cancer treatment hospital. After all I am retired and do have the time.

PS. All you men make sure you have your PSA checked every year at least once ... they catch it early and you will be fine ... touch wood. I was lucky my count was only 17 and nothing had spread into my bones.

This is so fantastic.

My best friend has terminal cancer and is on the downside (probably 2 months left to live). I have seen first hand what chemo and radiation does to someone. Witnessing stuff like this really puts things into perspective.
